These terms apply to orders placed with BROCKS COMPASS LIMITED through brockscompass.shop. By recording an order you agree to them.

Our products

We sell physical desk stationery — notebooks, labels, folders, clips and trays built around a compass motif. Our goods are decorative and organisational stationery. They are not navigation, surveying, safety or route-planning instruments and should not be relied on as such.

Prices & currency

• All prices, shipping and totals are shown and charged in USD ($).
• Prices may change, but the price shown when you record your order is the price we honour for that order.

Orders & payment

Recording an order through checkout confirms the items and shipping details you want. The payment provider is currently pending, so no payment is collected online at this stage. We will contact you to confirm your USD total and arrange payment before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the order appears to be in error.

Shipping rates, delivery and returns are covered in our shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the USD value of that order.
